From 2009 to 2014, I managed content on the internal marketing portal sites for Comcast, the ComcastStore and the Comcast Business Store. In this role, I learned the pace and process of publishing workflow and development cycle of large-scale, content-rich sites.
Maintenance included HTML page updates, complex customizable postings for trackable direct mail and print campaigns, highlighting featured campaigns on the homepage and maintaining thorough records of each update and process.
Throughout this time, I developed relationships with over 150 Comcast clients and vendor partners, working in sync to release tactics and campaigns in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Working with advertising agencies and branding specialists, I have learned the Comcast branding strategies and executions as they have changed throughout the years. I helped launch XFINITY, Comcast's innovative product platform, throughout the country as markets transitioned.
